    Investment Banking

Every capital event is a transaction, and what the other side is shown decides the price.

Equity is the dearest money a company takes, so spend it on the risks that nothing else will fund. (read where we wrote it)

Our investment banking team runs raises and transactions for startups and owner-run businesses: venture and private equity, loans, readiness for a listing, and the sale of a company. SRF has served more than 300 clients since 2016.

Which raise or transaction do you need help with?

Each one has its own page. Point at a name for a two-line explanation.

Which transaction is in front of you?

Each service has its own page. A raise needs readiness, a model and the right investors. A loan needs a business that can carry it. A listing needs years of clean records, and a sale needs a buyer who can check every number.

Diligence readiness: what we check, and what we find

The business is usually fine and the numbers mostly hold up. What delays a deal is the record of the company: the documents, the filings, the registers, the contracts.

Which practice works beside investment banking?

Know what we do ourselves, and who signs the rest

A public issue needs a SEBI-registered merchant banker as its lead manager. Our listing work is the readiness before one is appointed: the governance, the reporting and the controls a merchant banker will test.

Where a law requires a registered valuer's report, a professional we work with signs it, on the numbers we prepared. Everything else on this page, from the first model to the closing, our team does itself.

A sale of the whole company is its own practice. Mergers & Acquisitions prepares a company for a buyer, values it, and runs the process to closing.

A funding round is one step in a plan that runs to profitability, a sale or a listing, and investors also judge it by the steps that follow. (read where we wrote it)
