Our Story
SRF Capital Studio was born from a simple observation: founders often struggle to navigate the complex journey from idea to scale. While strategy consultants provide direction and investors provide capital, few organizations bridge the gap between planning and execution.
We set out to change that. By combining strategic frameworks with capital advisory and hands-on execution support, we created a continuous, integrated approach that moves with the founder's journey, not just at funding milestones, but throughout every phase of growth.
Today, we work with founders, investors, and ecosystem partners to create a more resilient startup landscape where vision meets practical execution, and where sustainable growth is the norm, not the exception.
The Firm
SRF Capital Studio is a capital advisory and CFO studio founded in 2016 and headquartered in Bengaluru, India. We were founded by Sriram Chidambaram, and work with founders, MSMEs and investors across India to raise, borrow, protect, grow and structure capital.
Why a studio? SRF operates at the intersection of multiple business-critical disciplines — strategy, capital and execution in one place. Those functions only work in conjunction, so the firm is organised as a pod structure: cross-functional expertise brought together into integrated units, working in tandem from the same team.
