    Services for a raise

Five services, each with its own page: pre due diligence, investor readiness, data room preparation, private equity and an RDI Fund raise. Each one readies a different part of the company for what an investor will check.

Which service fits where your raise stands?

    • ServicePre Due Diligence

Pre due diligence is fixing the financial, legal and operational gaps an investor will find, before the investor starts looking rather than while they are looking.

      1. Run the diligence on yourself first. The same financial, legal and operational examination an investor will run, conducted early, by people who have sat on the other side of it.
      2. Rank what is found by what it will cost. Not every gap is worth fixing before a process. Some change the valuation, some change the timeline, and some genuinely do not matter.
    • ServiceInvestor Readiness

Investor readiness is having the financial model, the data and the market case ready to answer the questions a second investor meeting asks, which are different from the ones a pitch deck answers.

      1. Build the model an investor will actually interrogate. Driver-based, tied to the real unit economics, with assumptions visible and changeable. A model that cannot be stress-tested in the room is a slide, not a model.
      2. Establish the evidence behind the claim. Cohort behaviour, retention, payback and channel economics, pulled from the systems rather than asserted. This is what the second meeting is about.
    • ServiceData Room Preparation

A data room is the organised set of documents an investor reads during diligence, and preparing one means assembling it before a process starts rather than scrambling during it.

      1. Build the index before the documents. What a buyer expects to find, structured their way. An index assembled after the documents reflects what you happen to have rather than what they came to check.
      2. Fill it, and find the gaps early. Every missing contract, unsigned board resolution and unreconciled schedule surfaces now rather than in week three of a process.
    • ServiceRaising Private Equity

Raising private equity means selling a stake in a profitable, established business to a fund that underwrites audited historical performance rather than a growth story.

      1. Establish what the last three years actually show. PE underwrites history, audited. The first step is knowing what your own numbers will say once someone examines them properly.
      2. Present the business as an asset. Cash generation, margin durability, customer concentration and management depth. A venture narrative about future growth is the wrong pitch to this buyer.
    • ServiceRDI Fund Capital Raise

RDI Fund capital raise advisory is the finance work behind an application to an RDIF fund manager: qualifying, raising the matching half, and preparing what its investment committee will test.

      1. Diagnose. Your TRL against the national NTRAF framework, sector fit, and ownership and domicile checks. Then an honest go or not-yet call, with a gap list and an owner for each gap.
      2. Structure. The capital stack, a project budget tied to milestones, and a financial model that shows how concessional debt is serviced after the moratorium, or converts.
