Workshop in two parts · IRENA
Startup Financial Management
IRENA's NewGen Renewable Energy Accelerator works with growth-stage clean-energy startups. For its fifth session Sriram ran a two-part workshop on the money side of a young venture: what keeps it alive, and what makes it investable.
Founders came with a rough sense of their costs, revenue and runway, and worked from their own numbers. After the second day Sriram wrote a playbook for each founder that goes further into points from both days.
